Purchasing an e-bike comes close to buying a car. The customer needs reassurance and a more extensive service. The multibrand store is an important link in the total customer journey, which most likely will start and end online. This flexible store concept houses a showroom, a retail area, a test center, a workshop and four customisation stations. We also developed its brand identity. This is a full service experience center, that allow for up-sell and cross-sell, but most importantly, builts a long lasting relationships with the customer.
